Defined and implemented a model for creating clear metrics around product/market fit in the B2B space.
A client had several offerings that were underperforming, and the CPO wanted to determine if product/market fit was a contributor. I created a model to define measurable "Product/Market Fit Condition" and measure confidence of key delivery and GTM stakeholders in that definition.
