  • Helped arrange the ~$800 million takeout financing for the San Francisco 49ers' new Levi's Stadium consisting of senior bonds, a term loan, and a subordinate note, including putting together the confidential information memorandum (CIM), lender's presentation, and managing the diligence process with lenders.
  • Built and ran a comprehensive valuation and debt financing model for Lehigh County Authority's ~$220 million acquisition of another city's water and sewer system, contemplating multiple acquisition and financing scenarios for both private and public bidders.
