Project Manager - eCommerce UX Review

Led a discovery process to map project objectives, personas, features, and journeys; helped the team deliver a 2-month MVP.

Acted as a facilitator during the discovery phase which we invested 2 weeks of part-time dedication among customer service team, CEO, and our cross-functional software development team.

After approval of the MVP scope and objectives, we delivered the project in 2 months.

The goal of the project was to validate there were no flaws on an online banking system. The project was so successful that the launch of the online banking ended up being postponed.
